. Hope me and my family don’t get common cold. My impatient and controlling mum Glenda has bad mental health issues for months now. I am disabled. My parents are forcing me to get new bed today. Worry about being able to climb into bed, as my legs are worse than usual lately. I hope to get a twin Zinus bed, either a Zinus Joseph or Zinus Suzanne, as was told they’re not too high beds. My mum seems to have little respect for me, not sure about my dad.

Please pray for God's Powerful help in healing our land USA. God has provided the way of escape of His Judgment that we deserve not obeying His Laws. It is 2 Chronicles 7:14 - God promised and I quote if My People .... 'and will heal their land'". It's up to us. Pray that Believers turn back to God and the Faithful will be led by the Holy Spirit to cry out "daily" for this USA Nation that God birthed. Thank you and God bless.

Bless Sandy as she does a marathon today and we both not get over heated. The Lord would guard mine and Sandy’s hearts and minds from the enemy and any attacks. Give us sound, peaceful, joyful minds and strength to get through all seasons. We both healthily lose weight and be health of mind, body, soul and emotion always. Peace amongst peace and absolute grace for us. Your Holy Spirit over us all our days and we filled up in the Holy Spirit always. Heal our minds, bodies and emotions. Deliver us of stressing, being anxious, worrying and having any stress related health issues and symptoms.
