Forrest Frank

Forrest Frank began making music in his dorm room at Baylor University as he worked towards his Business Administration degree in 2017. While he was there, he found another artist making similar music in Colin Padalecki, who was attending Texas A&M University. They eventually began making music together as Surfaces and in 2020, their song, "Sunday Best" went viral, thanks to a remixed version of the song on TikTok. Since then, they continued to make music together and tour.

But Forrest has also pursued a solo career in the last couple of years and in June of 2023, released his first full-length album, California Cowboy. It is an album he began working on in 2021 to tell the story of Forrest and his wife, Grace. Sharing through music (the 17 tracks on the album), the start of their relationship, along with the heartache of splitting up while trying to do long distance,  eventually reconnecting and rekindling the spark between them, and the birth of their son, Bodie.

On the airwaves of LF Radio, you can find Forrest Frank teaming up with Hulvey on "Altar" and the chart-topping "no longer bound".
