Yung Kriss is a Christian R&B artist whose music fuses the honesty of hip-hop with the smooth emotion of alternative R&B, all grounded in a message of faith, hope, and redemption. Known for his vulnerability, genre blending creativity, and a mission to bring light through music, Yung Kriss has become a rising voice in the Christian music scene. His journey from battling mental health struggles to becoming a bold storyteller of God’s grace is the foundation of everything he creates.

Born Logan Miller in Terre Haute, Indiana, Yung Kriss faced significant adversity growing up, including ADHD, Tourette syndrome, addiction, and a suicide attempt. His life changed dramatically in 2013 after a spiritual encounter that led him to fully surrender to Christ. Since then, he’s used music as a way to reach people who feel unseen or broken, just like he once did.

Music Journey

Yung Kriss began his music career in 2013 after signing with Nkosi Records, originally releasing music under the name Yung Millie. His debut mixtape, Church Music Vol. 1 (2014), and first album, Not So Young (2015), introduced a bold new voice in Christian music with a raw and relatable style.

In 2018, he shifted to an independent path and released The Jesus Exchange, a spiritual and creative milestone in his discography. The project, which dropped on July 20, 2018, reflected a deeper maturity in both his faith and musical direction. He followed it with the Depravity EP in 2019, further expanding his sound and message.

In 2022, Yung Kriss reached new audiences with his viral hit “2 Serious” featuring Don Ready, which surpassed one million streams and brought major attention to his smooth vocal style and authentic storytelling. Over the next two years, he released a string of fan favorite singles including “Way Too Good” (2023), “Basic Love” (2024), and “ALL MY LOVE” featuring CRYS (2024), building momentum in the Christian R&B space.

Now, in 2025, Yung Kriss is releasing his most refined and consistent work to date. Recent singles like “Nights Like This,” “Brand New Soul,” “Your Way,” “No Reservations,” “Take It All,” “My Type,” and “Energy” demonstrate his growth not just as a singer-songwriter, but as a visionary within the genre.

What’s Next

Yung Kriss is currently working on his next full-length album, expected to drop in late 2025. The project promises to blend his signature R&B stylings with even deeper storytelling, live instrumentation, and genre bending experimentation, all while staying rooted in a Gospel-centered message. He’s also collaborating with artists like Don Ready, Stevie Rizo, and Sam Rivera, building out a new wave of Christian R&B that’s already making waves across playlists and live shows.

Fans can also expect visual storytelling to accompany many of his upcoming releases, with a focus on cinematic music videos and live acoustic sessions. In addition, Yung Kriss has hinted at an upcoming devotional series and a limited merch drop to accompany his next project, blending music, ministry, and community into one movement.

Live Shows

Yung Kriss is hosting HVO Fest 2025, which is touted as the first-ever Christian R&B festival, curated by Holy Vibes Only—the creative collective behind Yung Kriss’s work. This event is designed to merge music, culture, faith, and fellowship in a festival environment rather than a traditional concert series. Taking in place in Los Angeles, CA, later this year, this first of it's kind event is bound to set a new standard in the industry going forward. 

Yung Kriss has also been featured as a guest performer at major Christian music events, including the Glory Nights Tour and the upcoming Welcome to Christian R&B Tour, alongside artists like Sam Rivera, Don Ready,and Stevie Rizo.

While he isn't currently on tour, we do expect the opportunity to see him life after the release of his album later this year.
